Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors to honor Midlothian Electric Company founder for service to the community

Celebrating Clarence Lee for his lifelong contributions to our community. He was honored during a Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2010. A resolution recognizing his accomplishments was proclaimed.
